In 2021, I moved from agency-side to client-side, serving as Director, Marketing for Altus Properties. Altus is a vertically-integrated investor and property manager, with $630 million assets under management (as of Dec 2021). My role at Altus includes corporate brand management, capital markets lead generation, investor communications campaigns, internal communications strategy and execution, investor reporting content, property brand guides, property management communications, construction/development proposals and oversight of leasing marketing strategies. In my tenure at Altus, I completed a corporate brand refresh including brand guide creation, a full suite of communications templates, development of a content library, the initiation of a regulatory status change permitting solicitaion, launch and management of an outbound lead generation campaign, intranet development and content management, the development of an internal communications platform and the relaunch of the enterprise website.
